My process

Understand the problem

Talk to users, look at data, challenge assumptions. I don't design solutions until I know what we're solving for.

Prototype fast, test early

I use AI tools (Figma make, Claude, v0, Cursor) to build working prototypes in days. Get feedback before writing a line of production code.

Ship, measure, iterate

Launch is just the beginning. I work with PMs and engineers to track impact and improve continuously.
